She first found her spark for storytelling growing up in Harlem, New York — imagining lives behind glowing apartment windows and crafting stories to the nightly lullaby of sirens. Though she now calls Charlotte, North Carolina home, New York City’s unmatched energy continues to inspire her creativity and fuel her passion for storytelling.
